Bid for Food Service Management Company

Introduction

Vinton-Shellsburg Community School District is seeking Request for Proposal for a Fixed Price Contract for providing food service management services to the Vinton-Shellsburg School District can be picked up at 1502 C Ave, Vinton, Iowa 52349 any time between 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or requested electronically by emailing kyle.koeppen@govikes.org. A required pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 18th, 1:00 p.m. Proposals are subject to all the conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Proposal and will be received at 1502 C Ave, Vinton, Iowa 52349 and shall be marked on the envelope “Food Service Management Proposal, #2025-01.” Proposals will be received until April 10, 2025, 3:00 p.m. for supplying Vinton-Shellsburg School Food Authority with food service management services during the 2024-2025 school year. Submission of Bids

Vendors are invited to submit proposals which include all items outlined in this RFP. Proposals will be accepted no later than April 10, 2025 by 3:00pm. This is not a sealed bid process, but proposals will not be accepted after the April 10, 2025 by 3:00pm deadline.
